a member of my in-laws died this morning. Calling the hospital for further information where she was & was snubbed and made no effort to look up further information yet. After calling for half an hour on the phone, forwarded to intensive, friendly help on the phone. When we were going to say goodbye, TALLOZE doctors / nurses / students were screaming and laughing that we heard it in the room where we said goodbye. I do not recommend this hospital for EVERYONE!
