Had my inspection done on my Ford. I went thru the quick lane. Unfortunately I went on an unusually busy day. I was given the expectation of a lengthy wait. I got a call when my car was being worked on for an update giving me the inspection details and expected finish time. Everyone from drop off tech to clerk were friendly. I always get honest information about the condition of my car.
