I just moved back to Phoenix and needed a vet for my 11 yr. old poodle mix, Joey. He was limping, sporadically, but it had been going on awhile. This is the 1st time I have not been able to get one of my pets to the vet immediately, due to financial reasons. I felt terrible, but Dr. Samson really took the angst out of it. Its still a very stressful situation, but she did everything she could to fix up Joey at the most reasonable rate. He's feeling better and we have a care plan in place. The entire staff, that I came into contact with, was very nice and clearly care about their patients. AAA+++
