New sales person, Has no idea what he is doing. Knew nothing about rebates or other incentives being offered by Toyota. Focused on selling the most expensive car. Needs more training. Should not be working alone. Shame on you Germain for setting this person up to fail.

Just bought my Highlander from Toyota Direct. Completely different experience from Germain Toyota. Knowledgeable salesperson, Great price and service.
