I have mixed experience with this facility. The skate coach was nice, staff were generally friendly and my kid had fun learning and playing there. However the business manager was rude, arrogant, combative and lack of civility in enforcing the rules of the place. He should speak to the customers politely and try to offer reasonable accommodation to the customers' situations. Instead he acted as if the customers were criminals. That hurts its business.
