A comminucation and shipping fail. They put a load on the boards and I drove a good distance for it only to find out they worked some kind of last-minute deal with a neighbor yesterday and didn't take the load off their board. Low respect for the transportation industry and the individual truckers who they call on to eat losses so they can play their games.
