GIC is definitely decked out with a very nice clubhouse floor (presumably not paid with taxpayers money, or?) Including a gym, pool tables, and the likes of every other tech firm out there.

It is a good place and there are kids allowed. I don't know GIC is a hotel or not a hotel. We got sell something just like... (Muah Chee). Thank you .
A little difficult to find amongst other buildings, but the view from higher floors is amazing and the place is really clean. However I find the system of lifts a bit too complex.
