I went in with not especially great credit. Justin did a fantastic job - getting me financing way better than a previous dealer I'd talked to. The car, a 2012 Passat is super - I'm in love with it; and he was terrific in showing me all the gadgets and features (most salesmen seem to just mention features)!

The young lady in financing was very nice. She took time to explain things that I had questions about, and although she kept things moving to try to get me out in a timely fashion (they were backed up and it was late in the evening) she did not rush so fast that I could not keep up with what she was explaining - which I greatly appreciated!

The building (specifically the waiting area and restroom) was comfortable and clean.

The next morning (it was dark as I drove home), I discovered a chip in the windshield. I made arrangements with Barbara in the service department to bring it in yesterday to get it fixed. I even ended up running late (although I kept Barbara aware of what was happening), but they were great and Barbara was super at answering some questions I had about servicing my vehicle and I mentioned to her that I was going to spend my time reading the manual to acquaint myself with some of the features on the instrument panel and she gave me a website to go to that would walk me through items specific to my car.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience and with the transaction!
