Do not take out this insurance! attractive in terms of price but extremely poor in customer service and refunds!
Denies me a refund for an invalid reason, 2 months that I am in dispute with them and nothing! My complaint is not processed, on the phone they hang up on me saying "it's like that", they refuse to pass me a manager by telling me again "it's like that"!
They took out my contract on behalf of my spouse, validated the subscription with an identification card for my dog in my name from the start, to tell me 6 months after the subscription that they cannot reimburse me because the contract and card are not in the same name! I am furious !
Do not get fooled !! incompetents and illegal procedures.
I am an insurer and I have never seen that between the position taken when the error came from them at the start and nothing can be done. Customer dissatisfaction on their side: nothing to do!
