Not patient-centered at all. Made to see a different person every time, almost never an actual doctor.
When our kid's Medicaid was incorrectly turned off for two months due to a glitch without us knowing, they charged us a huge amount for a check up and wouldn't work with us on a payment plan while we tried to get it resolved at DHHS which is known to be slow. They forced us to pay the huge bill plus added fees by withholding prescription renewals for my wife's diabetes medication.
They put money above our health and the billing person Patty was incredibly rude and showed no empthy for our situation.
Some of the people that work there are good, but they seem to get lost in the shuffle and turn over is really high. My four year old has had three different pediatricians in his short life due to the instability there.
Do not recommend Day one for anyone.
