This company makes it extremely difficult to provide customer feedback. They do not have a phone line for riders to call, or an easy way to select help on their application or even when calling their headquarters. What kind of customer oriented service doesn't care about their customers like this. There is basically no way to reach someone from their company and they frankly do not care if paying customers can provide feedback or else they would make it easier for their customers to reach out.

Also, they did not answer why the company put a political advertisement for Californian riders. This political ad would benefit their company and the customer is shown this every time they select the option to pay and order their ride. Completely inappropriate.
