It's a traditional car dealership, which are not exactly known for sincerity, but do yourself a favor and read some of the 1-star reviews to understand the culture of dodgy behavior at Ourisman. The cut-and-paste review responses from the business asking for details are designed to look good on a public site to prospective customers like you, but in reality the rampant dishonesty and stonewalling you read about is the way the system is designed to operate. They have no intention of actually resolving their mistakes. The little bit of money I spent on undelivered promises isn't worth fighting over anymore, but I look forward to the irony of their review robot giving the same cookie-cutter fake reply below with a made-up job title like Senior Customer Service Manager.
