Was told 1 provider for the whole ER, which this is the busiest season for hospitals with flu! SMH. My friend went in with breathing and other symptoms and was not seen until 2 hours. No one came to greet or check on her. She had to walk up to a Nurse to find out what the hold up was. Urine still left in room from patient before, wet wipe on the ground the whole time. 1 person was on phone looking at social media instead of making sure patients was ok. A lot of socializing not caring for patients needs. Not what I expected being from here.
