A few banking specialists have been very professional and pleasant. However, there's been a consistent lack of customer service and they are overtly rude. You only deal with someone via a screen whether in the lobby or drive thru! And they turn off the camera during the transaction, which takes forever. You are made to feel like an inconvenience.
Free use of the coin machine is nice, but it's not enough.
