We had a great experience buying our Highlander at LouFusz Toyota. Our salesman John Sczymczyk was very patient with us while we looked at colors on other vehicles on the lot. The only problem was that by the time we were finishing with finance and getting ready to take delivery, it was 10:30 pm. It would have been good to have a little bit of a tutorial on how to use some of the features with the new vehicle, BUT everyone was tired and ready to go (including us!). I'm not sure what the right answer is on how to make this better. Although this is the first new car my wife and I have bought from LouFusz, it is the seventh car that our family has purchased! The experience this time was just as great as the first.
