It's disappointing to only give 3 stars to this venue as the meal we had was excellent. The best meal we have had in Australia whilst on our travels. The belly pork was cooked to perfection and our desserts absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the service was lamentable. It was a good 15 minutes before our order was taken and then only one drink arrived. 30 minutes later we asked where the other drinks were only to be told they'd lost the order. It was 50 minutes before we even got a drink. Eventually the meal arrived in huge plates but as the table was so small we had to put vegetable dishes on the floor. After eating our meal there was another long wait before the dishes were cleared and our order taken for the desserts and then delivered. When we went to pay the bill it seems the supposedly lost drinks order had not been lost in the computer as they tried to charge for them twice! All in all, a frustrating experience. This is sad as the surroundings were attractive and our wine tour was led by a very friendly and informative guide.
The standard of the food deserves professional service unfortunately this was not delivered.
