I have had several terrific experiences with HCR. After spilling water on my fairly new laptop and rendering it useless, HCR sold me a comparable used replacement at a great price. They also fixed an issue I was having with my browser. Great customer service and clearly knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new or used computer or service on their machine.
