Thought we would spend our leftover pounds on a nicer restaurant in London. Where better than a restaurant of Gordon Ramsay's! The cocktails, especially the bartender creations on the menu! That was the best part of our dining experience! I asked for the salmon, and most pubs in Sydney are able to cook the salmon so that by the time it reaches the table it is not pink -raw in the middle, and still succulent! They overcooked a very small thin piece of salmon....very flakey. My husband ordered the steak...wagyu...rib-eye...medium rare....certain sections of his steak were sinewy!! Not what we expect from Wagyu or Maze. The waiters were actually annoying, not allowing us any time to finish our conversation, and their over-attentiveness to refill our sparkling water was making me anxious....did they want us to finish up with dinner and use the take for the next guests...or did they want us to spend more money on another bottle of sparkling water....Tapped water was not an option by the way. Oh I forgot about the entree....calamari was not cleaned well enough and the outer stretchy skin was still on and then crumbed....so chewy and stretchy!!

We should have ended our last night as we started it in London....a quick dinner at one of the chains...either Ping Pong or Cote Brassiere.

Gorgon Ramsay should not throw stones!!!1
