Thanks for the quick service and friendly operators. I was irate with waiting for the other company and the operator soothed my temper ha ha. I will be using Energy Cabs from now on!

Would not recommend. Booked a taxi that never turned up.

Phone call was very rude, didn't ask for name or any detils. Didn't really feel like the safest taxi booking. Taxi drive was good this always good drivers. I'd work on the over the phone concept

Last time I booked several hours in advance. Come the booked time, I waited 5 minutes and then flagged a taxi from a different company. My booked taxi then txted to say they'd almost arrived - 10 minutes after its booked time. So if you use, Pre-book for a time 5 to 10 minutes before you need the taxi.

Booked a cab with these guys after the All Blacks v Argentina from New Plymouth out to Lepperton. They were great the whole way from the replying promptly e-mail enquiry through to offering me a fixed discounted fare, to turning up on time, and then getting us home after a good night out. Professional operation.

I advice everyone to not grab a taxi from this company. We booked for a taxi more than an hour early before our flight, and didn't show up .

Pre-booked a Taxi the day before. It was 40 minutes late, I rang after 10 mins of them being late and they just told me "next available" which pretty much defeats the purpose of pre-booking in the first place.

Anyway I missed check-in for a chopper flight to work. Not the first time this has happened, the phone staff are typically rude and overall the compang is unreliable.

However, the drivers are always great.

Good banter. Good attitude about a short trip and a quick pick up.

Booked taxis last night said they would be 10-15 minutes waited 1/2 hour then rang again twice no answer never turned up so used another company

Waiting for 10 mins, finally called up to check where it was. Taxi who accepted the job was apparently in same spot they were 10 mins ago

Prompt pick up of phone call. Rapid despatch. Kazz was my friendly and professional driver.
Slick efficient service from start to finish.

We booked a taxi and waited an hour and half, rung back multiple times. To then only get a prerecorded reply "sorry we no longer have any cabs running". This is really poor service, as we were counting on the taxi home.

Such a great service to NPGHS Scotland's Hostel boarders. Nothing too much trouble, so helpful.

I called Energy City Cabs on October the 6th at roughly 11pm asking for a taxi Van. The woman who answered was very short with me and said "our vans are busy" then hung up without giving me the chance to ask for some cars instead. I then called the other Taxi company (7573000) to arrange 4 cars from Oakura into Town. Energy City Cabs lost a great sale that night. What a shame.

Would rate -5 stars was yelled abuse by the driver to hurry up as he had just pulled up 1 minute prior was yelling he was busy and to hurry up very aggressive and did not end up feeling safe to get into his cab and asked him to leave while he was yelling and then sped off down the street speeding
