1st time I waited 8hrs for a simple recall, Then s...

1st time I waited 8hrs for a simple recall, Then spend $700 on repairs.
2nd time was 4hrs waite time and cost of $80. Also If I wanted a heavy work done I would have to come in on a weekday and I can't get a loaner so I can get to work, disappointed to say the least
