Had a cleaning service booked for this morning and...

Had a cleaning service booked for this morning and waited 45 minutes for a crew to show up. Tried calling both the 604 and 1-800 number multiple times to find out what was going on...hold times out after 5 minutes and then you get sent to voicemail. Only good thing about this company is that it was easy to get my money back.

Update: After frantically trying to find another cleaning company to schedule last minute and sign no luck, I resorted back to Life Maid Easy. They were able to accommodate and offered a discounted rate.

Final Update: The cleaning was half an hour early for the rescheduled appointment and did a great job cleaning our place. Our property manager even said it was perfect
