I was looking for a car for my son and the service I received from Marshalls VW Newbury was fantastic. Tim Piccirillo, the Sales Exec, was highly attentive from the moment he received my enquiry, understood my requirements and provided my with lots of relevant choices before I settled on a great car. The administration of the sale was well managed and I am very happy all round. Kudos also to Jono O'Byrne, who is obviously putting customer service first at this retailer.
