Worst fellows, they literally waste our time and important opportunities . They don't understand job descriptions and shortlist candidates and schedule interviews along with mail confirmation about interview venue . At the last minute they just inform that you are not matching the JD and cannot proceed with interview . These people do not have sense and don't communicate properly with clients before shortlisting people for interview. Please don't waste time of people who are very serious about their career and work.
