Termination of my contract which took 1 month. In the meantime I am threatened with formal notice because necessarily blocking payment to my bank.
1 month after an email stating that my termination has been taken into account and 2 days previously another email stating that the direct debit has not passed and still risks formal notice.
Customer service more than deplorable ...
Really avoid this insurance.
