I am working on a Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt self-learning course with Simplilearn, but was getting emails about registering for the live segments, even though I couldn't figure out how to make the menu for any of these display for me to enroll. I filed a ticket, and within 12 hours received a phone call telling me to disregard the emails -- they were a computer glitch, and she would get the issue corrected; my course had no live segments as part of the curriculum. I appreciated the quick investigation and personal response, and will continue enjoying the self-paced learning modules!
