Did not love the customer service. We walked in looking for a paddle board and kayak and they just kinda stared at us and then told us they didn t have any available (No big deal) so we decided we d just get two kayaks. Then the guy stared at the computer for a while and told us they actually do have a paddle board. I had a slight kink he didn t really know how to work the computer system. Our friends were also going to rent something and one girl sat on the couch and just watched as they just waited there in line. After about 5 minutes she got up and started ringing them up. Another girl working was on the phone and to say the least it wasn t the most professional. They are college students but I was really annoyed with the casual and little regard they had for the customers. Besides the service, the gear was perfect and functioned awesome. It s not brand new and they have scratches, but it s just from being used.
