I had a fairly good experience here. I worked with Jeannie to buy my Honda Fit 2017. While the normal sales pitch with the expensive extras was pushed, I was able to negotiate without much problem to find a monthly payment that works for me. As usual, the process took a few hours (~2.5 ) from walking in to walking out, with a test drive and paper signing included.
