I had the pleasure of working with Alex Caballero. From the moment I contacted him, he has been nothing short of spectacular. Moving to New York from a different state has its challenges, and Alex made the whole process easy. I started asking him about some properties I had found on StreetEasy. After emailing back and forth, he made the initiation of calling me to speak more. From our conversation, I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the NYC area as well as extremely nice. I also loved the fact that he posts video tours of his properties on various platforms i.e. StreetEasy, YouTube, etc. I probably emailed him 100 times during this whole process, and not once did he ever sound impatient or irritated. New York has a lot of strict requirements on getting an apartment, and Alex made sure to let me know that questions were always welcome. One of the biggest benefits of working with Alex is email response time. Whether it's 8 am or 9 pm, you can expect an email from Alex within minutes. I can guarantee you that not many agents will ever be as fast as Alex. If I ever move to a different apartment in NYC, I would love to work with Alex again.
