I traveled with a group of six people in May from the U.S. on our way to South Africa and we had a several hours in London before a connecting flight. We decided Big Bus Tours LTD would be a good way to see the city in a short period of time. After purchasing our tickets, and going to the bus stop as directed, we waited for over two hours while one completely full bus after another came and went. Each bus was filled to maximum capacity and the staff kept telling us to wait for the next bus. It became obvious that the company had sold too many tickets and didn't have enough buses running to handle the volume, so we finally asked for a refund and we were told to go back to where the tickets were purchased. Upon doing so, we were told that the refund couldn't be processed until the Manager was back on duty a couple of days later, but we were assured that we would get a refund. We are still trying to get the refund a month and a half later! I am rating this as a "one star" experience only because there is no option for a lower rating.
