I ordered a 24x48 Standing Desk on June 16th, 2020...

I ordered a 24x48 Standing Desk on June 16th, 2020 and was given a 3 week delivery. My delivery has been pushed back 3 times and is now scheduled for October 27th, 2020. 19 weeks from the time of order. Uplift was able to send me the legs but, to date, has not been able to provide the top. When I contacted Uplift, they offered to sell me a scratch and dent top for an additional $125 while I continue to wait for the new top I ordered. If I decided to purchase this additional scratched top, they declined to accept it back as a return when I received the new one.
