Ok so, If I could give this company 1/2 of a star, I would. This is the worst insurance company out there. My roof has wind damage. I had a great roof contractor come out because the claims agent would not get on the roof. He took pictures and said it was wind damage and wrote up an estimate. Brenda the claims agent was told that she needed to go on the roof and inspect with the contractor. So, after her inspection she stated that they would pay for 1/2 of the roof and that the flat part of the roof did not have damage. I said, well what if we have wind or hail damage in the near future? She said that we would not because wind comes from the west. I did not know she was also a meteorologist. I called the agency that had set us up with Michigan Insurance Company and they contacted her boss and went back and forth. In the end the mediocre, at best, insurance company will only cover half a roof. So I say to anyone who is reading this do NOT go with this company. You will be sorry.
