I always liked Localiza Hertz's services for the quality of the vehicles and service, nor did I think twice about which car rental company would rent a car when on 12/20/2019 all the flights from SP to BH were canceled due to the accident at Confins airport. I had an important appointment at BH, my flight was early, so when I knew there was no reopening planned, I rented a car and headed to BH. The vehicle was brand new, I ordered a premium car and it already came with the ConnectCar service, comfort to pass on several tolls. The biggest positive surprise was when I returned the car at the Savassi unit. You should pay the return fee in another city, but Localiza had canceled the return costs for people who had to move from SP to BH due to the accident. Noble gesture of the company that has my eternal admiration. Contain my loyalty in the rental services and my thanks.
