Received a response from the ownership 4 days ago ...

Received a response from the ownership 4 days ago that I would be contacted, but still no response. Seems more like a social media band aid action from their side, unfortunately.

Requested to have our wines shipped to my work and the order confirmation said same, but was instead shipped to our private address. Also, requested to have the wines shipped with cooling element due to excessive heatwave, but they was shipped in a regular box with just cardboard dividers resulting in receiving Chardonnay Reserves lukewarm due to the heatwave in Southern California

Called their customer service and was told to take them out of the box and let it cool down before putting them in the refrigerator. Really, is that the passion they have for their own reserve wines?

This experience was not what I had expected from such a winery
