We rent an Ultra Standard from Italy last year to ride across the States. The first one had the tour pak damaged and it was not possible to lock it. We told the guy at Eaglerider desk and he replied: it's not my business, this is the bike, I'm sorry, I'm not responsable for this issue!!
AND WHO THE HELL IS RESPONSABLE???? YOU ARE RENTING ME A DAMAGED BIKE!!! THAT'S YOUR BUSINESS!!
In the evening, in Chicago, the bike had engine problems so the following morning we got back there to change the bike and after few discussions we had a yellow Limited just because a mechanic came in and told the Eaglerider guy to absolutely change the Ultra Standard, 'cause had problems.
When we got back after 15 days we had a yellow cab paid by Eaglerider contract for the airport: the guy told us we could get the bus to go to the airport.
Actually the worst Eaglerider/HD staff ever met.
