Service manager, Don Sims reached out to me and apologize for the my bitter experience at their service center and he also offered me a complimentary Oil change and Vehicle diagnosis. Thanks for the follow up and professionalism. This has changed my opinion on burns Honda service.
I am changing the review form 1 star to 3 stars And also hope that my next review will be a 5 stars based on my future visit.

Worst Honda service center ever, they don t even know how to do a basic diagnosis on the their own branded cars, I went in there on Friday morning with an appointment booked week a head and clearly told them that there may be an issue with my starter or alternator because my car had to be frequently jump started every single time. Service manager ruled out all my concerns and told me that my car has a bad battery (I even told her that my battery is just an year old) and I use my car everyday. I had an appointment at 7AM and changing battery would take less than 10mins (I did it myself before). And I even spend an additional $180 worth of optional service. And for changing my own battery they charged me additional 30 bucks plus tax.

Finally at 11 am they got my car back and it has be jump started again on a brand new battery. 4 hours they kept it running and came back with nothing. What a waste of time. Now they said I need to change my starter. And it will took them Additional 1.5 hrs more hours to fix it. I felt frustrated and helpless waiting, They kept the showroom clean but with crowd going in and out, with I mask on I feel it really difficult to stay at that place also I felt like taking a big risk during these COViD-19 times. I will come never back here unless there is a recall or emergency. and I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Finally I left the service center at 12:35 pm, I spent 5.5 hours for a service scheduled with appointment. MY PERSONAL SUGGESTION TO THEIR STAFF TO VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS TIME.

Stay away and stay safe and save your time and money..
