The company was very professional on the phone. I had the privilege of paying $49 for a call out for them to quote on installing my new split system air conditioner. Omega was the only business to charge to quote. That wouldn t have been a problem except the quote was 30% higher than the next best quote. Needless to say I did my $50 and was extremely pleased with the workmanship of the other business that completed the installation.
