To flee !!! I canceled my animal insurance subscriptions the next day because a lot of things were not notified by the insurer over the phone
I canceled by respecting the 14 day withdrawal period
I've been waiting for my refunds for almost 2 months
I am told at the end of November, then at the end of December ...
Still no refunds but on top of that they continued to take much more expensive sums from me than those written in the contracts
I call it theft !!!
