The slow service despairs us ... the height of a fast food! Lack of cleanliness of the premises (difficulty in finding a clean table, disgusting sanitary facilities). Creamy sauces with potatoes are often missing. Hot drinks machine broken down at 9am when you come to have breakfast with your children and are told "we can only serve you coffee". Otherwise pleasant staff (that's already it).
