Please think carefully before doing business with Oxbow. They charged us for a machine that was collected i.e. we paid for a machine that we never had and eventually blamed the client never resolved the issue. Secondly the conveniently forget to tell you about the 120 days notice period, and if you fail to do so the contract automatically renews for 12 months. I have to be honest an say that they are the worst company that I have ever worked with in my entire life.
