This business should have a zero rating do not use them. We paid a large unnecessary settlement with them after they renewed a contract without our approval. They are still taking their direct debit amount every month. The service levels are awful awful. Stay away use another provider of this service

Terrible service. After nearly a year of letting oxbow try fix their useless phone systems we have now had enough. Phones consonantly down not able to make or receive calls. When phone lines are up quality is terrible. Would strongly recommend to other business and individuals to not sign up with oxbow and look at alternative options. As seen by other reviews we are not the first to have these problems!!!

Please think carefully before doing business with Oxbow. They charged us for a machine that was collected i.e. we paid for a machine that we never had and eventually blamed the client never resolved the issue. Secondly the conveniently forget to tell you about the 120 days notice period, and if you fail to do so the contract automatically renews for 12 months. I have to be honest an say that they are the worst company that I have ever worked with in my entire life.

Oxbow dont know how to resolve problem between customer and themselves. Every time you look for your rep you hear he has left the company. In the two years dealing with them I had about five reps at my business. They debit money from your account as they please and you as customer cant do anything about it. Nothing!

Such a positive group of people fulled with energy and drive that run Oxbow!!! What an incredible company!!!!

I have always had a great experience with Oxbow Consumables. My orders are dealt with promptly and there are always prompt comms should anything I want be out of stock or delayed. Often orders placed in the morning arrive the same day which is such a huge help! On the one occasion I had to query something it was dealt with immediately and resolved in the same day, something we rarely encounter these days. Our orders are never big but this never affects service delivery! Thank you Oxbow Team for being so efficient and more than anything, for me, being so customer service driven!!

The worst service I have ever received. Get your business and then everyone disappears. Try not to sort out any problems. Promise everything and then disappear. As a business we are very sorry we moved to Oxbow. It's shocking!
