Me and my friend were going to take the cab to go mid-downtown at 11, rescheduled at 11:30pm and they never came. We waited until literally 2am for a cab to pick us up since we were stranded, but "no one accepted our request, since no one was in our area."
We kept calling and calling and being pretty relaxed about it even though we were stressed out of our minds, and one of the operators hung up on us.
This service is very unprofessional, rude, lied to us because they told us someone was on their way an hour ago, and unreliable.
I'll never EVER take this cab service again. It's a waste of time, and a headache-
I recommend you don't use this service- if you even call it that.
