They will lie and steal to get you into a purchase! Sales rep Nacho explained that the $400 plus monthly payment wouldn't be so bad if i consider the fact that once they pay my trade in off after 45 days I should see a big boost in credit score and it shouldn't take long for me to be able to refinance down the line.
Fast forward 30 days. My trade in is not paid off, the manager stated" I don't know where your car is there is no record of a trade in". To well it looks like you were offered $2,000 I might can do $3,000. To well I'm being told we were just holding the car for you because you didn't have the space at your apartment. Really?because the finance dept just told me they were told I was suppose to have it repo'd back to the bank. None of the lies makes since. You've had my car for over 30 days, helped me clean it out,said you NEED the keys, why would I ruin my credit with a repo, and i don't have assigned parking I can have as many cars as I want, and I clearly couldn't afford 2 car payments.

Read the reviews i'm not the only person who has had an issue with the company basically trying to steal a trade in vehicle and changing the story. So this is a clear problem that needs to be corrected! Waiting on call from GM now.
