Extremely poor. I wish I could give you zero. Your staff was definitely not friendly and looked frantic. Waiting for your bus from the science museum was more than your 15 to 20 minute specified. Some people just left with an uber. We eventually abandoned the bus at Paddington station and took a black taxi! You should review how many people actually use you for a second time.
