I recently had a tire blowout (metal from the car in front slammed into my right front tire) on my 3-month old Mazda CX-5. The tire needed to be replaced, but no one has the tire.

Mark to the rescue! He contacted the tire maker and got them to release a single tire on an emergency basis and had them overnight it to the dealership. Almost as impressive was Mark's calls to update me as he jumped through various hoops to make this happen, including a call to confirm he had the tire in his hands this morning. Mark even got the dealership to cover the expedited shipping. I couldn't be more thankful and impressed.

Thanks also to Eric in the Service department who got me in and out quickly and alerted me to a discount I was due that reduced the price of the car replacement.
