I found this work at a time where despair and deep suffering felt like all I could see. I was invited to engage, and though part of me felt like my suffering was too great to be moved, I showed up out of great desire for something to be different. I was met with a warmth and a clarity I can't even describe. I have again and again discovered that my ability to craft and create my experience is not only real, but has a profound influence on those around me. I grow each day I engage the practices. In probably a very literal way, this work has saved my life. I am so honored to be here, among people who continue to learn and expand on what they've known before.
