The best rock climbing gym in the area. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they play good music on the speakers too! I took a belay class here with Pierre and he was a very good teacher who gave clear instructions. The Groupon deal can't be beat! They constantly change the courses so you don t get bored, but they do leave them up long enough that you can successfully conquer the especially challenging ones.

Everyone their knows their stuff, peter is an absolute genius when it comes to fitness and training he breaks it down to the fitness enthuaiast like myself lol. The staff is polite and weve had numerous birthday parties their with the kids always having a good time.

We held our son's birthday party at TRC for the 2nd year in a row. Amazing belayers, amazing party! Really got us into climbing, and now I think we are hooked!

I recently had my son's Bar Mitzvah at The Rock Club, and it was the best party on the planet! Valerie and her staff were absolutely fantastic. Super accommodating, extremely friendly, amazingly helpful and brought the best energy to the party. I can't tell you how many people pulled me aside to tell me how great the staff was. The venue was so perfect. We were able to climb, have a space for guests to relax and have a rockin' dance party all at the same time. I'm still on cloud 9! Best night ever!

Came here to climb for the first time in years and had a great experience. There s a wide variety of walls/routes for all ability levels.

This is one of the largest indoor gyms I've ever been to. It has a nice mix of bouldering, top rope and lead areas, and the the route setting is always fun, challenging, and on grade. A friendly and helpful staff name this place the go to gym of the area.

We had a blast in the intro class with Pierre. He was so patient and thorough and made it a really fun learning experience .

Pretty nice spot for a climb. They've got auto-belayers, as well as a moderately large bouldering section.

The rock gym is a very good place for bouldering as routes cover a wide range of skill sets and are frequently re-set. The vibe is very positive from staff and other members; people are open to help. As all climbing gyms, try to avoid children on saturdays.
I Signed up for a 1 year membership and was not allowed to cancel when I moved into manhattan and unfortunately paid the six remaining months of my membership without being able to ever come back. They were not open to the possibility of donating to someone else, even a kid in need.

I live this place! I try to go every weekends and when friends can come they love it too!

Super friendly staff that are always ready to help with a smile. A wide variety of routes, ranging from introductory routes meant to engage beginners, all the way up to super challenging routes meant to test climbing aficionados.
I started here with a Groupon three years ago, and have since become a member with many of my friends and family joining as climbing enthusiasts as well.

Went there for the first time and I loved it. I had a groupon for a lesson and unlimited climbing for a month and so far I can tell it is worth it. Great environment, knowledgeable staff, and great music. I will definitely be going back.
