This review is for the 30 minute PF360 fitness class with Ethan. Beware it will leave you sweaty and sore, but it's a great workout! Targets your legs mostly with a bit of upper body and core workout. Once again Ethan was thorough and encouraging, explaining how the exercise works out your muscles. Stoked to try these exercises again on my own!

Shout out to Ethan for successfully taking me through yet another fitness corse, abs and and core and I'm already feeling it! He's a great motivator, definitely brings me back to THIS location.
