What a wonderful way to get around the city! We got off the train and headed outside and they were right there. They were happy to answer any of our questions. We brought a three day pass to use their tour buses located all around London city. We also brought discounted tickets through them to go into the Tower of London.
The tour buses were clean and tidy. Most of the drivers were friendly and helpful. We asked one of the drivers if he was the blue route and he got confused and told us to wait for the next bus which ended up being the wrong bus and turns out we should have got onto the bus before with ththe confused bus driver. Oh well.
The actual tour guides were all friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to answer questions.
Definitely the best way to see London when you don t have much time.
