The service department needs help. I am first in line at 645am and have appointment and told them that I need to be back to work by 7. They walk right by my to help people behind me in line. I told several people that I need a ride back to work but each said they would be right with me.
I had an appointment with Jason at 7am. I scheduled it over the phone but, after I got the confirmation it said 720. This is my 3 time here and each time they were not friendly.
It was 710 before they even called for a Lyft. They have no consideration of my time. I work about 2 miles from this location.
Find a better service department.

Update:
They put in the wrong address for my Lyft. She said that she can not take me to the right location. I had to go back in and tell them that they messed up. Back to work finally 745

2nd update
When I came to pick up my truck at around 5 nothing was done with my truck. I took it in for a recall and an issue with the AC. They did not change out the parts for the recall and I would have to bring it back another day and get a rental. They did not have a rental to give so, they would call me when they have one available.
2 days later
I got a nice voice mail(from Jason) that they had a rental lined up for me but, because I gave a bad review they were not willing to give me a rental and should take my business elsewhere.
