Update: I've had to edit this review, as there was a mix-up with the cremation, where they didn't believe that they would be ready in time for the ceremony. I had communicated the date of the ceremony with them on the date of her passing (Sunday), and done the paper work that day. I confirmed with them on Tuesday, and was not informed of any issues at that time.
However, I'm told that paper work held things up when I asked them on Thursday. They informed me that they may not be ready in time for Saturday.
I expressed the urgency of the situation, and they said they would look into it and call me about it the same day. That did not happen.
Today (Friday), I called for an update. They tell me everything is ready and the remains should be delivered this afternoon. I will need to call and confirm before I head over at 4pm.

If everything goes well, I'll leave this review as is. The lack of communication was displeasing to say the least.
